the results.

They think everything looks good. There is one spot on my liver that has grown a little. Although they don't think its melanoma, they want to make sure so I will get an MRI in a month to see if it has changed.

I took it all as really good news. I hope this is what I hear every 6 months.

  12. Yay!!! This is so great, what a wonderful time of year to get refreshing news. That's great that they are following up with an MRI, if it's nothing it will take any doubts out of your head. Way to go! This post cheered me right up. Beautiful pics by the way, and I think your hair is just as beautiful shorter, could you ever NOT look good? :)

  14. Hey Alisa,
We don't have internet yet at the new house so I am a bit behind. Just want to say that the pics of you are (of course) GORGEOUS!!! And we are so happy to hear the good results. Tell James we are so excited to see him in a couple weeks - wish you were all coming!

  15. I knew it - I just knew the news would be good! Sorry for the incessant phone calls, I just wanted to know. I don't leave messages in case they reach 100 to return. Prayers are heard!

  17. Congrats Alisa! Michael had "enlarged nodules" they had to watch too and his was fine. The liver thing doesn't necessarily mean bad news. Hang in there! We're glad to read the good news!

  18. Oh Alisa, I didn't post because I was out of town for a bit and then it just takes me forever to get back into the swing of things..(was visiting Brandon & Brit in Yuma where she is fulfiling her Navy committment being a General Medical Officer for the Marines) No, she's not thrilled, but such is life. She's having a boy in June, so I guess I get to go back. Ugh. Yuma is one town somebody forgot to fix up.
Glad about your news...sorry about your hair. Brent has grown (in strange places) a lot of hair and lost very little from his head, altho it has thinned. Hard to tell, our dog sheds so much if it's his hair or the dog's.
We've had our own little battles & bad news and I guess it's got me down and I didn't want that to show thru in my comments. BUT you need to know you are always in my prayers. I think of you guys always. Love you much & don;t ever think I have forgotten you!

  19. Great! It's nerve racking to have to wait for results. However it's nice to know when things are going well. I'm a little nervous about my PET scan coming up in May. However, it's a wonderful relief to know it's still gone....
