Monday James lost that loose tooth. When he woke up he told me "I wish this tooth would just come out today." He reached up to wiggle it, and out it came.
I suppose this is where the tooth got its name.
Josh got home from a business trip this afternoon and James showed him this envelope he has had under his pillow:
He wondered why it had been ignored the last couple nights (Last tooth I was late as well, which led him to believe I was the tooth fairy. I was totally offended so he hasn't dare suggest it since.). Josh thought maybe in this economy it was a little too much to ask. I thought maybe it was the way he was asking. He did say please, but only after a demand.
We just slipped $2 under his pillow.

I only wish my dreams were so simple and so cheap.
The economy must have been worse when I was losing teeth.
I'm laughing imagining you being offended at the tooth fairy suggestion. Poor James.
Once when I was about 5 I lost a tooth when we had guests over at our house. The guests asked me if I was going to put it under my pillow for the Tooth Fairy. I told them that the Tooth Fairy was broke.
Your right $10.00 is way to much he casn keep dreaming but I do think its funny he wrote how much he wanted. I hope he was ok with just the $2.00
Thanks for coming last night to the ball room dance it meant alot to Regina to have you come
Even $2 sounds good to me. I think my siblings still only get 25 cents.
In my day, a dime was a dream come true!
My kids only get $1.00. You might have some new kids if they find out they can get that kind of loot from the tooth fairy over there!
