i draw the line at the easter bunny

Come on, a big fluffy bunny hiding eggs you yourself dyed the day before? What are the odds? Ill let my kids decide on Santa, but the elusive rabbit will get no plugs from me. I think someones just trying to sell their peanut butter cups.

Its working, Ive eaten a whole bag in two days.

We had a lovely Easter weekend. Just bumming around soaking up sunshine.

Monday I had my 6 months scan. The radiology tech asked what I was "in for." When I said melanoma he gave my sunburned face a disappointing look. It was cold! We weren't thinking about sun block.

I get the results tomorrow. I think they will say everything is fine and the cancer is not back. But since I cant be sure Ive been studying up on my stage IV melanoma options. They are not so good.

But there is a cure, so I'm not scared. Jesus has already cured my cancer, and yours. I just wish you didn't have to die first.

I will be better. I'm glad I know this.

I see that some of your father's "realism in real life" has rubbed off on you. The bunny is ridiculous, I'm glad they don't worship him here in Chile.
I am thankful the real "cancer" has already been cured, I also think your has been.
Can't wait to see you all!

I'm the same way with the dang bunny. And the tooth fairy. Hailey found her teeth in my scrapbook (oops) and asked how they got there. I said that she left them for me and she wasn't buying it. I'm not crushed though. It's one less thing I have to worry about!

The easter bunny missed my kids as well. Andrew and Steven were trying to convince me he existed, but I assured them in no uncertain words that he was pretend. We miss you!

such an adorable photo of Luke, he is really getting soo big... The Easter bunny visited our house durning church, at first when I left for church Austin asked if I locked the door and I said yes. So Austin says oh that's ok the Easter bunny has all the keys to the houses anyways to get in, so we're fine!!! I think the Easter bunny thing is hard to believe too!!!

Every where we went Sat was another Easter Bunny not one looked the same. I never did the Easter Bunny thing. In fact still today Regina hates them and will run from them and she is 161/2 so what does that say about them.
I am glad they did not find any cancer I know you will keep doing good and no more cancer
Love ya lots

It was fun spending Easter with you guys. I'm going to make it a little bit more believable for my kids and have the Easter Chicken - at least he (or I guess I should say "she") could lay the eggs. Oh yes - the easter chicken is multicolored and eats candy whole and can't digest it.

You are so funny. I prefer to celebrate any silly character that will bring me goodies in a basket, stocking or under my pillow. Why not???

I think that Luke is an entire foot taller than my 20 pounder. They will make a great couple in a few years!!! (You know, they could really even out the gene pool.)

I do have to say that Easter is, in my humble opinion, the BEST candy holiday ever! You get the egg-shpaed peanut butter cups (which I believe have a higher peanut butter to chocolate ratio) and you also get cadbury mini eggs. Truly a gift. And I am really diggin' that Easter Chicken idea....
